NEW YEAR GIVEAWAY – TERMS & CONDITIONS (US, UK & International)
1. Organizer
This giveaway is organized by SC ECOM GLOBAL LIMITED, registered in Hong Kong, acting as the authorized seller of all products purchased through Ouribeauty.com. Brand operations are supported by Ouri Beauty Company LLC.
2. Promotion Period
The giveaway runs from December 1, 2025 until December 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM (PST). Orders placed outside this period do not qualify.
3. Eligibility & Participation
3.1 Territory and age
• Open to natural persons who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Open to legal residents of:
– the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, EXCLUDING residents of New York and Florida; and
– the United Kingdom; and
– other countries where such promotions are not prohibited by local law.
• Employees, contractors and affiliates of the organizer (and members of their immediate family/household) are excluded from participation.
3.2 Automatic entry with purchase
• During the Promotion Period, one (1) automatic entry is awarded for each eligible order successfully placed on Ouribeauty.com.
• One order equals one entry. Multiple orders mean multiple entries.
3.3 Alternative method of entry – No Purchase Necessary
Where a purchase would otherwise be required, participants may enter the giveaway free of charge as follows:
• To enter without making a purchase, send an email to support@ouribeauty.com with the subject line “New Year Giveaway – Free Entry” and include your full name, country of residence and a valid email address; OR, if email entry is not permitted in your country, send a legible postcard with the same information to the postal address listed in the Contact section below.
• Free entries must be received no later than December 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM (PST).
• Limit: one (1) free entry per person per calendar day.
• Free entries are included in the same drawing as purchase entries and have the same chance of winning as any other entry.
Void where prohibited or where free entry cannot legally be offered.
4. Prizes
The following prizes will be awarded:
• 1× Chanel Mini Flap Bag (approximate retail value: $5,000);
• 2× OURI Complete Bundles.
A total of 3 winners will be selected.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash. If a prize, or any part of it, becomes unavailable, the organizer may substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
• Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period on December 31, 2025.
• Winners will be notified via the email address used at checkout or provided with their free entry.
• Winners must respond within 72 hours of the notification being sent.
• If a winner does not respond in time, is ineligible, or cannot be contacted, the organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries.
6. Shipping & Delivery
• Prizes will be shipped free of charge to winners in the US, UK and other eligible countries where shipping is reasonably possible and not restricted by law, sanctions or carrier limitations.
• Delivery times may vary due to customs, local postal services and other factors outside the organizer’s control.
• The organizer is not liable for delays, loss or damage in transit caused by carriers or customs authorities.
7. Legal Compliance
• This promotion is a game of chance and is intended to comply with applicable consumer protection and promotional marketing laws, including relevant FTC guidance in the United States and the ASA/CAP Code in the United Kingdom.
• The giveaway is void where prohibited, restricted or where additional registration, bonding or government approval would be required.
• The organizer may refuse or invalidate entries from any country or region where the promotion is not legally permitted.
8. Fraud Prevention
The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
• tampers with or attempts to manipulate the entry process or the promotion;
• engages in fraud, abuse or suspicious activity (including excessive order cancellations after entry); or
• otherwise violates these Terms & Conditions.
9. Liability
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the organizer is not responsible for technical problems, interruptions, typographical errors or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control that may affect the operation of the promotion.
• The organizer may modify, suspend or terminate the giveaway if fairness, integrity or proper administration cannot be guaranteed (for example, due to fraud, technical failures or force majeure).
10. Governing Law
• For participants located in the United States, these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
• For participants located in the United Kingdom, English law applies.
• For all other international participants, these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, unless mandatory consumer protection rules of the participant’s country of residence apply.
11. Privacy
Personal data collected in connection with this promotion will be processed in accordance with the Ouribeauty.com Privacy Policy and only to the extent necessary to operate the giveaway, contact winners and deliver prizes.
