Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed before shipment. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Duties & Taxes
All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means all customs duties, import taxes and handling fees are covered by us. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery in the United States or United Kingdom.
Tracked Shipping
Every order is shipped with a trackable service. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link so you can follow your delivery status in real time.
Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If unresolved, contact us at support@ouribeauty.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or missing items, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number, photos of the packaging and products, and a brief description of the issue. We’ll provide a solution such as replacement or refund.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please ensure your address is entered correctly at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur reshipping fees.
