Duties & Taxes
All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees are covered by us. You will not be charged additional fees upon delivery in the United States or United Kingdom.
Tracked Shipping
All orders are shipped with a trackable service. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking link to monitor delivery status.
Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If unresolved, contact us at support@ouribeauty.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your order number, clear photos of the packaging and products, and a description of the issue. Claims submitted after 7 days may not be accepted.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Orders returned due to address errors may incur reshipping fees.
