United States
U.S. orders are shipped domestically from our U.S. warehouse. No customs duties or import fees apply upon delivery. Applicable sales tax may be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
United Kingdom
No customs duties or import fees apply upon delivery. Applicable VAT may be calculated at checkout where required.
Tracked Shipping
All orders are shipped with a trackable service. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking link to monitor delivery status.
Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If unresolved, contact us at support@ouribeauty.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your order number, clear photos of the packaging and products, and a description of the issue. Claims submitted after 7 days may not be accepted.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Orders returned due to address errors may incur reshipping fees.
