Return Eligibility
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, email support@ouribeauty.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, full name, product(s) to return, and clear photos of the product and packaging. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Hygiene-Sealed Products
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, products sealed for sanitary reasons cannot be returned once the seal is broken. This includes the OURI NAC 3500 cordless hair dryer and any product with a hygiene seal.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Use a trackable service and keep proof of postage. Returns must be sent within a reasonable period after approval.
Free Gifts and Bundles
If your order included a free gift or bundle, these must also be returned unopened. If not returned, the value may be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive and approve your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow up to 7 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for used, opened, or unsealed products, or any item purchased from unauthorized sellers. Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.
