Returns & Refunds
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help make the return process as smooth and hassle-free as possible.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Email us at support@ouribeauty.com within 14 days of delivery
2. Include:
- Your order number
- Full name
- Product(s) you wish to return
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- For the OURI Aeroflow Pro (NAC 3500): a photo showing the intact hygiene seal
3. Our team will review your request within 24 hours
4. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the correct return address
Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original condition. You may inspect the product as you would in a retail store
For customers in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery and return it within a further 14 days, in accordance with applicable law.
Hygiene-Sealed Products
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, products sealed for sanitary reasons cannot be returned once the seal has been broken, unless defective.
This includes the OURI Aeroflow Pro (NAC 3500) and any product with a hygiene seal.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Returns must be sent using a trackable shipping service
- Proof of postage must be retained
Once your return is approved, you will receive the appropriate return address
Returns sent without authorization or to an incorrect address may not be processed.
Free Gifts & Bundles
If your order included a free gift or bundle item, these must also be returned unopened.
If not returned, the value may be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Refunds are processed after inspection and approval of the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or opened products
- Products with broken hygiene seals
- Items purchased from unauthorized sellers
- Requests submitted after 14 days
