OURI BEAUTY ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

NAC Global LLC (“OURI Beauty”) warrants the OURI AeroFlow™ Pro Cordless Hair Dryer against defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

This One-Year Limited Warranty is a voluntary commercial warranty provided in addition to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.

1. WARRANTY PERIOD

The OURI AeroFlow™ Pro Cordless Hair Dryer is covered for one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

A valid order confirmation, receipt, or other verifiable proof of purchase may be required to establish warranty eligibility and the warranty start date.

2. WHO IS COVERED

This Limited Warranty applies to eligible products originally purchased directly from OURI Beauty through ouribeauty.com or through an authorized OURI Beauty sales channel.

The product must have been purchased in a country officially serviced by OURI Beauty through this storefront.

3. WHAT IS COVERED

This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal household use and materially affect the proper operation of the product, including eligible defects involving:

• Hair dryer unit
• Motor
• Rechargeable battery
• Charging dock or charger
• Internal electrical components

4. WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect normal product operation
• Accidental damage, including drops, impact, crushing, or other physical damage
• Water, liquid, excessive moisture, heat, or environmental damage
• Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper operation
• Improper storage, cleaning, or maintenance
• Damage caused by failure to follow product instructions or safety guidelines
• Damage caused by incorrect voltage, power surges, or unsuitable electrical supply
• Damage caused by incompatible or unauthorized chargers, power supplies, accessories, or components
• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations
• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
• Lost or stolen products
• Damage occurring after delivery that is unrelated to a defect in materials or workmanship
• Cosmetic deterioration or normal reduction in battery performance resulting from ordinary use and aging, unless the condition results from a covered defect

The use of a third-party repair service, part, or accessory does not by itself automatically void this Limited Warranty. However, damage caused or contributed to by such repair, modification, part, or accessory is not covered.

5. HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

Please provide:

• Your order number or valid proof of purchase
• The name and contact information associated with the order
• A clear description of the reported issue
• Clear photographs and/or video reasonably demonstrating the reported defect
• The product serial number or other identifying information, where applicable

OURI Beauty may request additional reasonable information necessary to verify the product, purchase, and reported defect.

6. KEEP THE PRODUCT DURING THE CLAIM REVIEW

Do not discard, destroy, alter, or dispose of the product or any affected component while a warranty claim is being evaluated.

OURI Beauty may require the product or affected component to be returned for inspection before a warranty determination is made.

If a return is required, OURI Beauty will provide return instructions.

Products sent to OURI Beauty without prior authorization may not be processed until the warranty claim and return have been verified.

7. WARRANTY DETERMINATION

OURI Beauty will evaluate warranty claims based on the purchase records, information supplied by the customer and, where reasonably necessary, inspection of the product.

A warranty claim may be denied where the available information reasonably demonstrates that:

• The reported condition is not a defect covered by this Limited Warranty
• The damage resulted from a cause excluded under this Limited Warranty
• The product cannot reasonably be identified as the product associated with the applicable purchase record
• Material information supplied in connection with the claim is materially inconsistent with the product, purchase records, or reported circumstances
• The claimed issue cannot reasonably be verified after appropriate troubleshooting or inspection

Nothing in this section limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. REMEDY FOR AN APPROVED WARRANTY CLAIM

If a covered defect is confirmed, OURI Beauty may, as appropriate and subject to applicable law:

• Repair the defective product or component
• Replace the defective component
• Replace the product with the same model
• Replace the product with a product of comparable functionality where the original model is unavailable
• Provide another remedy required or appropriate under applicable law where repair or replacement is unavailable or impracticable

The appropriate remedy will depend on the nature of the defect, product availability, applicable law, and the circumstances of the claim.

Nothing in this section removes any right of a consumer to choose a particular remedy where applicable law gives the consumer that choice.

9. WARRANTY SERVICE AND SHIPPING

If OURI Beauty requires a product to be returned in connection with a warranty claim, return instructions will be provided before shipment.

For an approved warranty claim, warranty repair or replacement will be provided without charge for the covered defect.

OURI Beauty will provide, reimburse, or otherwise cover reasonable standard shipping costs associated with providing an approved warranty remedy where required by applicable law or confirmed by OURI Beauty as part of the claim process.

If a returned product is determined not to have a defect covered by this Limited Warranty, the customer may be responsible for reasonable return shipping costs where permitted by applicable law. Any applicable cost will be communicated before the product is returned to the customer.

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS

For Australian consumers, OURI Beauty will bear or reimburse reasonable shipping expenses associated with a valid warranty claim in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Where reimbursement is required, customers should contact OURI Beauty before shipping and retain reasonable proof of the expense incurred.

10. REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT PRODUCTS

A repaired or replacement product remains covered for the remainder of the original one-year warranty period, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Repair or replacement under this commercial warranty does not automatically restart the original one-year warranty period.

11. WARRANTY CLAIMS ARE SEPARATE FROM RETURNS AND DELIVERY CLAIMS

This Limited Warranty applies to eligible defects in materials and workmanship.

It is separate from:

• Voluntary or change-of-mind returns
• OURI Beauty’s Money-Back Guarantee
• Lost-package claims
• Delivery disputes
• Shipping-damage claims

Those matters are handled under the applicable OURI Beauty Return Policy, Shipping Policy, or other applicable policy.

Nothing in those policies limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

12. NO PRODUCT REGISTRATION REQUIRED

Product registration is not required to obtain coverage under this Limited Warranty.

Proof of purchase may be required to establish warranty eligibility and the applicable warranty period.

13. INTERNATIONAL COVERAGE AND LOCAL CONSUMER RIGHTS

This One-Year Limited Warranty applies to eligible OURI Beauty products purchased directly through ouribeauty.com in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and other countries officially serviced through this storefront.

Purchases made through OURI Beauty’s separate European Union storefront are excluded from this warranty and are governed by the warranty terms and statutory consumer rights applicable to that separate storefront.

This One-Year Limited Warranty is provided in addition to any mandatory consumer rights, statutory warranties, or statutory guarantees available under the laws of the country, state, province, or territory in which the product was purchased.

Nothing in this Limited Warranty excludes, restricts, modifies, or replaces any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, modified, or replaced.

Where applicable local law provides consumers with broader, longer, or different rights or remedies than those provided by this One-Year Limited Warranty, those mandatory statutory rights and remedies will continue to apply.

14. UNITED KINGDOM CONSUMER RIGHTS

For products supplied to consumers in the United Kingdom, this Limited Warranty is provided in addition to the consumer’s statutory rights in relation to the goods.

Those statutory rights are not affected by this Limited Warranty.

The duration of this voluntary commercial warranty is one (1) year, but statutory rights may continue independently of and beyond this commercial warranty where applicable under United Kingdom law.

15. CANADIAN CONSUMER RIGHTS

For products supplied to consumers in Canada, this Limited Warranty is provided in addition to any rights and remedies available under applicable federal, provincial, or territorial law.

Consumer warranty and implied warranty rights may vary by province or territory.

Nothing in this Limited Warranty excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

16. AUSTRALIA – CONSUMER GUARANTEE NOTICE

For products supplied to consumers in Australia, this Limited Warranty is provided in addition to the rights and remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The benefits provided by this One-Year Limited Warranty are in addition to all other rights and remedies available to Australian consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.

Australian consumer guarantees may continue to apply after this voluntary one-year warranty period has expired.

17. UNITED STATES CONSUMER RIGHTS

For products supplied to consumers in the United States, this Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights.

You may also have additional rights that vary from state to state.

Nothing in this Limited Warranty excludes, restricts, or modifies rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or modified under applicable federal or state law.
