These general terms and conditions apply to all purchases via the website Ouribeauty.com, a brand operated by SC ECOM GLOBAL LIMITED. By placing an order you agree to these conditions. Read this carefully before you make a purchase.

The brand Ouri Beauty and the website are managed by SC ECOM GLOBAL LIMITED.
Ouribeauty Company LLC and its EU representative State on product packaging are responsible for product information and compliance with labeling and safety regulations. Payments and contractual sales transactions are handled exclusively by SC ECOM GLOBAL LIMITED.
2. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer of SC ECOM GLOBAL LIMITED and to every agreement that is concluded via Ouribeauty.com between our SC ECOM GLOBAL LIMITED and the consumer.
3. Offer
All offers are without obligation unless explicitly stated otherwise.
SC ECOM GLOBAL LIMITED does not bind apparent errors or mistakes.
4. The agreement
The agreement is concluded at the time of acceptance of the offer and complying with the conditions set out.
5. Prices and payments
All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payment takes place through the secure payment methods offered.
Price changes do not affect previously placed orders.
6. Shipping costs and delivery

Standard Shipping: 6–10 business days:$9,99 USD
Express Shipping: 5–8 business days: $14.90 USD
United Kingdom
Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days: £9.90 GBP
Express Shipping: 3–6 business days: £14.90 GBP
Free shipping from € 100 & £100
Orders with the our NAC 3500 hair dryer loose or in bundle are always sent for free and via Express delivery.
7. Processing time
Orders placed before 11 p.m. are shipped the same working day.
8. Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw the agreement within 14 days of receiving the order without giving a reason.
9. Exceptions to right of withdrawal
Products with a hygiene seal cannot be returned once the seal has been broken. This applies, among other things, to the OURI NAC 3500 hair dryer and other sealed products. This exception is clearly stated on the package.
10. Return procedure and costs
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receipt via support@ouribeauty.com stating the order number and clear photos of product and packaging. After approval you will receive instructions
Return shipments without approval are not accepted.
The consumer returns the products within 14 days after withdrawal at the latest
The costs for return shipment are for the account of the consumer unless otherwise agreed. We pay back within 14 days after withdrawal but can wait until receipt of the return or a shipping certificate. A model withdrawal form is available on request.
11. No exchange
Exchange is not possible.
You can return the product according to the procedure and then place a new order.
12. Free gifts with purchase
If your order contains a free gift, this gift must also be returned
If the gift is not returned, we will retain the right to deduct it from the amount to be repayed.
13. Complaints and warranty
Complaints can be submitted by e-mail via support@ouribeauty.com and will be treated as soon as possible and at the latest within 5 working days. The legal warranty applies to all products. Damage due to incorrect use is not included.
14. Personal data
We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy that is available on our website.
15. Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the seller’s place of business. Consumers retain any mandatory rights provided under the laws of their own country of residence.
